Real Estate Analysis and Commentary in Tulsa

Median sales price as increased 5% over the past 12 months for the City of Tulsa, 1.5% over past month. 

According to the preliminary trends, the Tulsa MSA market area has experienced some upward momentum with the increase of Median Price this month. Prices went up 10.67% in September 2022 to $249,000 versus the previous year at $225,000.

With higher interest rates I would expect to see slower home sales over the next few months. Over the winter months, which are typically slower no matter what interest rates are, we see a slower rate of sales. We still continue to see low inventory levels in the MSA area.
